Warning: Really pissed off blogger.

I am beyond furious. Someone screwed up @ the cable company and has canceled our appt. for today. (My poor mom sat @ our TV-less apt. for 4 hours!!) WTF?! They called and confirmed my appt. for today THREE times over the past 2 days, including once last night @ 5:30 PM. Yet, it was canceled somehow. I now waiting for someone from dispatch and a supervisor (who was busy on another call at the time... IMAGINE THAT!!) to call me back. This is ridiculous. Time Warner Cable officially sucks. I think I will go look @ Dish Network and see what specials they have. It may be time to say goodbye to cable and hello to the dish.
