Mini Milestones

I had another confirmation that the weight is starting to come off. It was a small thing, but to me it was huge. I have these 2 rings...one is this big sparkly ring from Banana Republic and the other is this big turquoise and silver ring. I love them both, but, I can't tell you the last night that I was able to wear them. They were just too small. I tried the ring from BR on a couple weeks ago...still too small. For some reason, I decided to try them on last night and guess what--THEY BOTH FIT! I was so excited! It was so validating. It was a small indicator that all my work is paying off. It was a mini-milestone. Oh, and today I am wearing my sparkly BR ring that now fits along with a pair of pants that used to not fit either. And you know what...even they are a little roomie...
