Total Inches Lost: 12 (5 in my waist alone!)
There you go. 15.7 in 4 weeks. Pretty amazing. I am so excited to see how far I can go on this program. For the first time, EVER, I feel like I have found the plan that is going to work for me. It has taught me so many things in those short 4 weeks, so I can only imagine all the things I will learn as I continue this journey. To celebrate my success I went out and bought myself a cute little iPOD Shuffle for my workouts (which I now look forward to). I also bought a couple pairs of pants and a couple shirts that were 2 sizes smaller! That's such an AMAZING feeling.
After 4 weeks I can see physical changes in my body. My stomach is smaller, my legs are leaner. I am never tired. I sleep better and wake up refreshed. And, I have a sense of accomplishment. I know I still have a ways to go to my goal, but after seeing the results of my dedication, patience and passion for sticking to the program, I am more motivated and ready than ever!

Sidenote: I stepped up the intensity of my workout last week and lost 6.4 pounds last week alone! I am amazed at the power of physical activity! I officially ♥ the treadmill after seeing those results :0)

Oh my Gosh!!! You are doing so GREAT!! Keep up the awesome work. I can't wait to join you in the weight loss and lose some of the "tug" weight!! Soon I hope.
