WOW! Can you believe Christmas has come and gone? I can't. It snuck up very quickly this year. I hope that your Christmas was a fabulous as mine...more of that later.

First things first...I chopped my hair off! I got it cut/colored on Christmas Eve and I really ♥ it. It's so much fun and SO much easier to do. And it pretty much stays the same all day which means less bad hair days. I know there are a few of you out there who want to see it so I snapped a pic on my camera phone...

So, what do you think? I actually feel like I have a "style" instead of hair that just kind of hangs there. Tee hee hee.

Now, on to Christmas...It was great! Christmas Eve we went to my Grandparent's house for our traditional yummy appetizers... salmon patty's, shrimp, pita (it's Greek), deviled eggs, sherbet punch and cookies galore! These are the things we eat on Christmas Eve since I can remember. This tradition dates back to my Great Grandparents & Grandmother (who is 100% Greek). They ate the same foods back then, too. YUMMY! After snacking we opened a few presents from my Grandparents and the headed to my parents house. There we had our Christmas where we opened all the presents from my parents and each other. I got so many fabulous things...a table (I saw it at Samplehouse MONTHS ago and have been wanting it!), a really cool purse, a Coach key chain, gift certificate for a delux mani/pedi, gift cards galore, a new monogrammed workout bag and much much more. My sister also gave me this little plaque/picture thing that says, "She believed she could, so she did". I got a little teary when I opened it. I had seen it a few months back and loved what it said because it completely describes how I feel about JC, but that's a whole other story. Anyway...

So, we were all completely spoiled by our fabulous presents. My parents are the best. What's even cooler is that I have a birthday THIS SATURDAY which means even more fabulousness and fun! YAY!

Back to Christmas...we all spent the night @ my parent's house on Christmas Eve and woke up to a yummy breakfast of homemade eggs benedict. (My mom rocks!). We lounged around and then I headed home to make my part in Christmas dinner (this cheesy potato recipe I got from Jennifer's blog.) Side note to Jenn...I made it for my Christmas potluck @ work and it was a HUGE HIT! So good, in fact, that my mom told me to make it for Christmas dinner and it was a HUGE HIT there, too. So, thanks for the recipe, girl!

Anyway... Christmas day everyone went to my mom's and we ate, laughed, talked, relaxed and had a great day! That evening my best friend, Sue, and her husband, David, brought their 2 little girls, Olivia & Claire over for cookies & coffee. The girls stayed inside and hung out while the boys sat out back smoking cigars & drinking scotch. It was such a fun day--I was exhausted!

Yesterday, I went shopping (Had to use my giftcards on all those fabulous sales!) I got a few fabulous items, including a fabulous shirt for New Years Eve. And, it was on sale. (I know, that's a whole lot of FABULOUS!) LOVE THAT! :)

Oh, and yesterday I took down all of my Christmas stuff except my tree. My house feel SO clean now!

So, there ya have it. I have pics but I did not bring my camera to work today so you'll have to wait on those. Oh, BTW--my laptop is acting crazy so it's off to the Wizards at the Apple store to fix so I might be a bad blogger for a few days. I am @ work today and tomorrow and then off til Jan. 2nd so I am not sure how often I will be by a computer until it's fixed.

I hope all of you had a FABULOUS Christmas...Can't wait to read all about it on your blogs. Oh, and have you all been eating as much as me lately? WHOA!

Have a fabulous rest of the week!

I am so glad the potato casserole was a hit! I had it for Christmas, too, and it was so yum! I love the hair and I wish I were brave enough to cut mine off. I know I'd love it, but I'm kind of afraid I'd miss the long hair. I'm such a chicken. I'll pray the Mac people will fix the computer fast so you're not MIA for too long!
