Can you believe it's 2008?!! I can't! It doesn't seem like a new year yet. I am back at work today but am still not into my "routine". It's hard getting back in the swing when you've had so many days off! I think Monday will be the official start of my new year...'cause I am just not feeling it yet! Tee hee hee!

Saturday I celebrated my 29th birthday...WOW. It was my "golden" birthday (because I turned 29 on December 29th) It's the last year in my 20s. I am kind of excited about that {believe it or not}. Everyone I talk to says their 30s are {or were} their favorite. On my birthday next year I will be celebrating on a beach... let the countdown begin!

So, back to my birthday details...

It was F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S!

My day started off by heading to my parent's house, where I received a card telling me that my birthday present from them was a shopping spree at Northpark Mall. (I ♥ North Park!) So, my parents and I headed to Northpark for some birthday shopping. I had LOTS of luck finding things...I figured it would be more fun if I showed you what I got...so here goes...

A NEW LOUIS VUITTON! YAY!

I LOOOOOOVE it! It's so chic & fabulous! Thanks Mom & Dad--I am blessed to have such wonderful parents!

That night I had dinner at my favorite restaurant, Jaspers, with my family and friends and then we went to Martini Park for a couple martinis. All in all it was a FABULOUS day! I feel very blessed and very loved. Thank you all! (and I still have gift cards to Nordstroms to spend...thanks to my friends & sister...they know what I like!)

New Year's Eve was low-key...a friend of mine had a small get together... we ate yummy apps & had a few cocktails. And you know what...I did not take a single picture. I can't believe it!

Any way... I hope you all had a fabulous new year~I wish us all the best year yet!
