I am sore.

Like, really.

It feels good though. In fact, I kinda like it.

I branched out of my working out "box" and took a class this week called, "The Athletic Workout" and I ♥ it. It involved lots of jogging in place, lunges and weights. And it was an hour. I have not felt that accomplished after a work out in a LONG time. So there you have it...my new fav.


Did you watch Greys last night? It was good... but it's gone for a while. Darn writers.

I am having another low-key weekend. YAY! Love it.

Well, that's all for now. I weigh tomorrow. Not sure how that's gonna go... I might need one more week of good eats and working out before I "undo" the holiday damage. It's all good though! Have a good weekend to all you bloggin' babes out there! :)

Wow. Sounds like a great workout! I'm not so much a fan of the gym. I wish I was. I had a great gym that I worked out at in Valley Ranch when I lived out there, but now that I live further south, it's just too far. I hate the 24 Hour by my house. It's full of creepy men. I'm doing the Curves thing, which is really good, but not nearly as good as the real gym. I'm doing that 3-4 days a week and yoga 2-3 days a week. I'm making sure I have some kind of exercise at least 6 days a week. Maybe once I lose the first 50, I'll join a real gym. :) Hope you have a great weekend, too! Can't wait to hear about all the fun stuff you do!

Salma is right - absolutely within us - It is quite liberating when you truly take on that belief!!

I took a class like that before and I LOVED the pain I had afterwards. I wonder if my videos will get me to that place...we'll see!

I'm just now able to walk again today! My hippobottomus has never hurt so bad! I did 4 sets of weighted walking lunges a couple of days ago... it had been a while since I have done those! It's a great "fanny lifter" excercise, so I will be doing more!
