It's been a short work week, but I am glad that it has been. I am starting to {slowly} get back into my routine after the holidays. This weekend I have absolutely nothing planned...and I find that, well, glorious. It's nice to have some down time now, especially after the crazy hustle and bustle that is the holidays.
One of the things I am most excited about is that I am recommitting to JC on Monday. I have pretty much been off of it for the past 2 weeks...the holidays are impossible. No working out...rarely eating my JC food. It's been a beating. BUT... I am basically re-starting on Monday and feel more excited and motivated than ever! I think I have maintained my current weight for the most part and am REALLY excited to see what I can accomplish in '08! So... who else out there is eating better and exercising more? I would love to know so I can support you!
I am also feeling VERY inspired to be "crafty" in 2008. I wanted to share with you some of my FAVORITE {creative} blogs! I LOVE to check 'em out every day, and you should too!
Danielle Thompson {http://thompsonfamily.typepad.com/thompson_familylife/}
She has the most amazing photography & craftiness. I love the way she documents everything she does and tells you exactly how she did it.
Creative Outlet Designs {http://creativeoutletdesigns.blogspot.com/}
She makes really cute jeans...they are so chic (and would be a FABULOUS gift!). What I love most about her blog is all of her decorating & craft ideas. And, she's sassy, just like me :)
Flat Betty {http://flatbetty.blogspot.com/}
I love reading about her FABULOUS adventures. And guess what...it's all for charity.
How About Orange {http://howaboutorange.blogspot.com/}
Love this one because she has a little bit 'o everything! She has fun craft how-to's, amazing design finds and even fun "time wasters". But my favorite time waster of them all is reading her blog.
Made by Girl {http://madebygirl.blogspot.com/}
She makes AMAZING cards...seriously, they are fabulous! They are chic, modern and original. I plan on ordering a TON and giving them as birthday gifts all year long. {After all... who doesn't like stationary?!!} Her blog in smart, funny, down-to-earth and inspiring. Check out her blog and her website {http://www.madebygirl.com}. You will not be disappointed!
All of these women are so inspiring! I think you'll have as much fun reading their blogs on a daily basis as I do. With all this inspiration I can't wait to start some new year projects. How fun!
Have a fabulous weekend everyone!

Kelly, You made a couple of headers for me a while back & I love to read your creative blog! I've figured out how to make the headers, but am unsure how to put the digital paper down the sides...any ideas? Thanks so much for listing all of the creative sites... I can't wait to check them out.
I too have been on a weight loss journey for over a year now & have reached my goal weight & am just starting the maintenence process. Eating healthy & working out are a daily part of my life now and will remain an important part the rest of my life! Encouragement from others is always helpful!
You're right...fun sites indeed!!!!! I started eating healthier on New years day! I am starting to work out again tomorrow...I'm actually thinking about making a new blog devoted just to this, probably private where I just invite a few others that are working toward a goal too! I'll let you know...
HOpe you've had a great weekend!
