I am starting this post out with a tribute to my official fav new show:

I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. It's so good. And, this guy is on it:

Which is equally as good. {Can you say yummy?!!} I will not spoil it for anyone that has not watched the episode on their DVR yet but last night's was FABULOUS and it makes me like his character even more than I did. Any way... if you have not seen this show you are missing out. I love it!

Another show I have gotten back into is:

I watched it when it first started and then just kind of forgot about it. Last week I watched the 2 episodes & LOVED it. SO... it's back on my list of fabulous TV!

On another note... I took the "lift and tone" class yesterday and it was good. I am a little sore today. {I am sure tomorrow I will be saying I am really sore...it's always worse 48 hours later for me!}

My friend Crystal brought me a treat this morning... a Starbucks SKINNY latte! YUM! I have been wanting to try all the flavors: Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte, Skinny Mocha, Skinny Vanilla Latte, Skinny Hazelnut Latte, Skinny Caramel Latte. Today she started me off with a tall Skinny Mocha. It's only 90 calories and 0 grams of fat for a tall & was pretty good {although I have to confess...I did put 2 splendas in to sweeten it up a bit!} Considering a regular Cafe' Mocha is a whopping 290 calories and 15 grams of fat for a tall {whoa!}, I don't mind adding the splenda myself! =)

I woke up this morning ache-y, stuffy and with a crazy headache that has not gone away. YUCK!
