Happy Monday! On the news today they said it's "Blue Monday" aka the most depressing day of the year because people are down thanks to the weather, their holiday debt and the fact that most people have broken their resolutions by now. I actually feel pretty ok today. I am VERY nervous because today could be the day that I find out if everything has worked out for the thing I have asked you to pray for. I have this ball of nerves stuck in my chest and I seriously hope all works out. I pray all works out. I need for this all to work out. So please say one more prayer today. Also, please say a prayer for my G'Pa... he goes in to get the results of his latest scan today. Pray the results are good!

I had a pretty good weekend. Went and saw "Clover.field" yesterday and I loved it! It was creepy and intense and wild and crazy. I don't think everyone will like this film but I did! Thumbs up for sure. Also. I have to say really quickly that I am bummed Green.Bay lost last night. I officially have no reason to watch the Sup.er Bowl {other than the commercials, of course!} Ugh.

Last night I had an Ah, HA moment. Starting today I am OFFICIALLY motivated to be good with my eating/exercising again. I left myself MAJORLY cheat this weekend and last night when I was getting into bed I realized that nothing that I ate or did made me feel anything positive. I thought to myself, "what's the point in eating that crap? It does not do anything for me." I am not sure why I just came to the realization all of the sudden. I needed it though. I feel re-energized in my fight against fat and am completely in control again. It was enlightening. I think it's also helped to read about the progress of Jill, Jennifer, Katie and Lindsay {a fellow Jenny girl!} who have been AWESOME about blogging about their weight struggles. Ladies... you are an inspiration. So, I hope to have positive results to tell you about over the next few weeks!

Other than that my mind is solely focused on whether or not my new path will work out. I pray it will. I can't wait until I can talk to you all about it in detail!!

Oh, one more thing... there is a show on the History channel that I am excited to watch tonight. It's called "Life After People" and it looks really interesting! I am a nerd, I know.

Have a great day all! :)

I had that same "ah ha" moment! I really think you have to have it to truly change your thinking. I now have to think of food as a way of feuling the body that God gave me... a way to keep me alive. I have also learned that food is an addiction just like drugs, gambling & alcohol. I need to eat the things that make me healthy & if I do slip up (I still do...pizza last week) I ALWAYS regret it and ask myself if it really tasted that great. Most of the time the answer is no! Sorry, I'm rambling... I'm so proud of you!!!
